Privacy Policy
Mini Circuits does not collect, store or transmit any personal data. There are no ads, no analytics, and no third-party trackers or SDKs in the app. This page explains what that means in practice, and the few places where your own Apple account is involved.
What we collect
Nothing. Mini Circuits has no account system, no login, no sign-up, and no server of its own. We do not ask for your name, email address, location, contacts, photos, device identifiers, or any other personal information, and the app does not build a profile of you or your play.
There is no advertising in the app, no advertising identifier is requested, and no analytics or crash-reporting SDK is bundled. The app ships with zero third-party dependencies, so there is no other party in a position to collect anything either.
What stays on your device
Your progress and preferences are saved locally on your device so the game can remember where you were. That includes:
- Best scores and weeks survived, per voltage tier.
- Settings — accessibility options, sound, motion and colour preferences.
- Whether the Full Unlock has been purchased.
Deleting the app removes this local data from the device.
Apple services
Three features run through Apple rather than through us. In each case Apple is the party handling your information, under Apple's Privacy Policy, and we receive no identifying information about you.
- Game Center
- If you are signed in to Game Center, scores and achievements are submitted to Apple's leaderboards under your Game Center identity. That identity belongs to Apple, not to us — we never see your Apple Account, your real name, or your email address. You can turn Game Center off in iOS Settings at any time and the game will continue to work.
- iCloud
- If you have iCloud enabled, your best runs and settings sync between your own iPhone and iPad through your private iCloud storage. That data lives in your Apple account. We cannot read it, and we have no access to your iCloud.
- Purchases
- The Full Unlock is a one-time in-app purchase processed entirely by Apple. We never see or handle your payment details. The app only ever learns whether the purchase is active, which is what "Restore Purchases" re-checks with Apple.
Children
Mini Circuits is rated 4+ and is suitable for all ages. Because the app collects no personal information from anyone, it collects none from children either.
This website
minicircuits.app is a static site. It sets no cookies, runs no analytics, and embeds nothing from third parties — fonts are served from this domain rather than from a font CDN, precisely so that no outside party is told you visited. The playable demo on the home page runs entirely in your browser and sends nothing anywhere.
As with any website, the host serving these files may keep standard server logs (for example IP address and requested URL) for security and reliability. We do not use those logs to identify or track visitors.
Changes
If this policy changes, the revised version will be posted here with a new date below. Material changes will also be noted in the app's release notes.
